Double Opt-in Registration
We employ a double opt-in process, which requires that you confirm your intent to
subscribe by replying to a confirmation message sent to your email address before your
subscription request is activated. This double opt-in process is used to ensure that only
email addresses from those persons wishing to subscribe are added to the subscription
optin lists we build.
You information and your members optin information will not be sold, rented, leased, given
away or shared except under a court order.
Choice/Opt-Out
Our optin lists provide you with the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications
from us. The opt-out process is as simple as clicking the link in all emails you send.Our sites give you the following options for removing your
information from our databases to stop receiving future communications or to stop
receiving our services.

Security
Our network sites have security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and
alteration of the information under our control, including daily backups of all data. Only
authorized personnel are allowed physical and/or digital access to servers and data, and
each authorized personnel has signed a Non-Disclosure agreement prior to being granted
access. All servers and data backups are kept secure from physical and electronic
intrusion by use of firewalls and redundant security systems, which are constantly being
